Patients need to verify their health plan coverage and benefits prior to their visit by calling their insurance carrier or employer with any questions they may have. The patient must understand and comply with all of their insurance plan requirements.
Despite having health insurance, there may be a variety of reasons you will owe a balance after we bill your insurer, including: deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance or non-covered procedures.
Payment for your bill is ultimately your responsibility. |
